BitTide 尊重并保护你的个人信息。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用与存储，以及你可以如何管理这些信息。请在使用前阅读并理解。

一、我们收集的信息

  • 账号信息：邮箱（注册与登录必需）、登录密码（加密存储，我们不会以明文查看或保存）；
  • 资料信息（均为选填）：昵称、头像图片链接、手机号；
  • 业务数据：你记录的持仓（币种、数量、成本价）与矿池绑定（矿池名称、观察链接、API Key）；
  • 登录与安全信息：登录 IP、登录时间、设备系统标识（os=ios）、安全操作日志（登录、修改密码、设置/修改/重置安全密码、安全验证、修改资料、注销账号等）；
  • 安全密码：6 位数字安全密码（加密存储，仅用于敏感操作校验）；
  • 你主动提交的意见反馈内容及填写的联系方式。

二、信息的使用目的

  1. 提供账号注册、登录与身份校验，保障账号安全；
  2. 在服务端同步你的持仓、矿池绑定与偏好设置（如隐藏资产金额、消息通知、语言）；
  3. 记录安全操作日志，便于你自查账号的敏感操作；
  4. 处理你的意见反馈并回复。

我们不会将上述信息用于广告投放，也不会出售你的个人信息。

三、信息的存储与保护

  1. 数据存储在本应用的服务器上，请勿录入真实资产的敏感凭据。
  2. 密码与安全密码经服务端加密后存储；客户端本地仅缓存账号基础信息与业务数据，用于离线展示。
  3. 我们采取访问控制等措施保护数据，但请理解没有任何互联网传输与存储方式可以做到绝对安全。

四、信息的共享与对外提供

除以下情形外，我们不会向第三方提供你的个人信息：

  • 你主动选择提交意见反馈时填写的内容，仅用于问题跟进；
  • 法律法规要求或监管机关依法定程序要求提供；
  • 为排查故障、保障服务安全所必需的内部处理。

行情、挖矿等公开数据来自第三方数据源，这些请求不包含你的个人信息。

五、你的权利

  • 查询与更正：在「我的 - 编辑资料」中查看并修改昵称、头像、手机号；
  • 修改密码：在「我的 - 账户与安全 - 登录密码」中修改登录密码；
  • 安全自查：在「我的 - 账户与安全 - 安全日志」中查看敏感操作记录；
  • 删除数据：删除持仓、删除矿池绑定后，对应数据会从服务端移除；
  • 注销账号：在「我的 - 账号 - 注销账号」中注销，账号资料、持仓、矿池绑定与安全日志将一并删除且不可恢复；
  • 你也可以通过 [email protected] 联系我们，提出查阅、更正或删除个人信息的请求。

六、未成年人保护

本应用不面向未满 18 周岁的用户。若你是未成年人，请在监护人陪同下阅读本政策，并在取得监护人同意后使用。

七、权限说明

若你开启「生物识别解锁」，校验由系统 LocalAuthentication 在本机完成，我们不会获取或上传任何指纹、面容数据；你随时可在「我的 - 通用设置」中关闭。

八、政策更新与联系方式

本政策如有更新，我们会在应用内展示最新版本。若你不同意更新内容，可停止使用并注销账号。

Privacy Policy

BitTide respects and protects your personal information. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and store it, and how you can manage it. Please read and understand it before using the app.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: email (required for registration and sign-in), login password (stored encrypted; we never view or keep it in plain text);
  • Profile information (all optional): nickname, avatar image URL, phone number;
  • Business data: the holdings you record (coin, amount, cost price) and mining pool bindings (pool name, observer link, API Key);
  • Sign-in and security information: sign-in IP, sign-in time, device system identifier (os=ios), security logs (sign-in, password change, setting / changing / resetting the security passcode, security verification, profile edit, account deletion, etc.);
  • Security passcode: a 6-digit security passcode (stored encrypted, used only to verify sensitive operations);
  • The feedback you submit and the contact details you provide.

2. How We Use the Information

  1. To provide account registration, sign-in and identity verification, and to keep your account secure;
  2. To sync your holdings, mining pool bindings and preferences (such as hidden asset amounts, notifications, language) on the server;
  3. To record security logs so that you can review sensitive operations on your account;
  4. To handle and reply to your feedback.

We do not use the information above for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. Storage and Protection of Information

  1. Data is stored on this app's servers; please do not enter sensitive credentials for real assets.
  2. Passwords and the security passcode are stored encrypted on the server; the client caches only basic account information and business data locally for offline display.
  3. We take measures such as access control to protect data, but please understand that no method of internet transmission or storage can be absolutely secure.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

  • Content you voluntarily fill in when submitting feedback, used only to follow up on the issue;
  • Provision required by laws and regulations or requested by regulators through legal procedures;
  • Internal processing necessary for troubleshooting and keeping the service secure.

Public data such as market and mining data comes from third-party data sources; these requests do not contain your personal information.

5. Your Rights

  • Access and correction: view and edit your nickname, avatar and phone number under "Me - Edit Profile";
  • Password change: change your login password under "Me - Account & Security - Login Password";
  • Security review: view sensitive operation records under "Me - Account & Security - Security Logs";
  • Data deletion: after you delete holdings or mining pool bindings, the corresponding data is removed from the server;
  • Delete account: delete it under "Me - Account - Delete Account"; account profile, holdings, mining pool bindings and security logs will all be deleted and cannot be recovered;
  • You may also contact us at [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

6. Protection of Minors

This app is not intended for users under 18. If you are a minor, please read this policy together with your guardian, and use the app only with your guardian's consent.

7. Permissions

If you enable "biometric unlock", verification is completed locally on your device by the system's LocalAuthentication; we do not obtain or upload any fingerprint or face data. You can turn it off at any time under "Me - General Settings".

8. Policy Updates and Contact

If this policy is updated, we will show the latest version in the app. If you do not agree with the update, you may stop using the app and delete your account.
